What to expect:


Warm up - coach led warm-up designed to increase your heart rate and prepare your body for the workout


Teaching - the coach will review and teach the movements for the days workout, and go over all scaling options


WOD - "workout of the day"


Expect each wod to be made of a variety of functional movements - including barbell work, bodyweight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, ropes, and cardio.  the workout is always varied, just like your life!


Cooldown - the coach will guide you through some cooldown cardio or stretches


Lift/after party - we have extra programming every day if you have some extra time or want to put some more work in. these are constantly varied lifts and accessory movements that your coach will explain.
