APRIL 2025 NEWSLETTER
Hey Amaziah fam!!
April is almost here and we’ve got a lot of awesome things planned for the month!!
UPCOMING in April
30HARD
30 Hard is our “soft” version of the 75 Hard lifestyle challenge.
Our challenge consists of 7 different tasks that you are looking to complete every day in April.
Complete two 30+ minute workouts a day (at least one must be outside).
Drink 1 gallon of water a day.
Read 10+ pages of a nonfiction book, listen to 30 minutes of a podcast, or journal for 10 minutes each day.
Consume zero alcohol for the entire 30 days.
Choose any diet and stick with it.
No cheat meals.
Take a daily progress picture.

It is $30 and it includes two InBody Body Composition scans (one at the beginning of the month and one at the end) and a nutrition consultation.
OPEN HOUSE - SATURDAY, APRIL 5TH
Next Saturday, April 5th we our having a Spring Open House!
We will have our regular class workout at 9am and it is free to the public! If you have any friends or family that have been interested in trying CrossFit, bring them!!
After that we will have multiple vendors set up including Avery’s meal prep service, Dish’d Design Co, along with Move Right Physical Therapy, Mountainside Chapel Farm (tallow personal care products), and Mon River Honey!
We will also have a free nutrition seminar at noon this day and be doing free InBody scans for members and non-members until we wrap up between 1 and 2pm! If it is nice out the vendors will be set up outside and hopefully we will have some room to have some hooverball or other games going on inside!
Our neighbors Detailing World will also be hosting their first Car Show of the season from 12-4! This should be a super fun day!
CROSSFIT 101 - BEGINNERS CLASS; MONDAYS & THURSDAYS AT 5:30
If you have any friends interested in trying CrossFit but they are a little too intimidated to jump right into a group class, this is for them!
I will be coaching a beginners class at 5:30 on Mondays and Thursdays at 5:30pm. This will be limited to 6 people!

FIRST EVER INDIVIDUAL AF THROWDOWN - MAY 3RD
So far we have 14 athletes signed up!! If you are interested in signing up or have any friends at other gyms, please let them know!
If you are available to help volunteer that day, we will need it! We will need judges, people to help with registration, and moving equipment!

BRING A FRIEND WEEK - MAY 5TH-9TH
Our next Bring a Friend Week is on the calendar! Friends can come all week for free! More details to come on this as we get closer.
