CROSSFIT
Our bread and butter. There is no other program that will get you fitter faster, or more safely. These classes are all Coach lead, & last 1 hour.
We recommend starting off coming 2-3 times a week and working toward coming 3-5 for greatest results.
OPEN GYM
While we highly recommend our group classes for the Coaching and the Community, if your schedule is weird for the day or you would like to get some extra work in, we have multiple open gym hours throughout the week.
MTWF - 5am-6am, 9am-10am, 3pm-4pm
Thursday - 5am-9am Sunday - 9am-11am
STRONG AF
On Thursday evenings, we like to switch it up a bit!

crossfit 101
Our CrossFit 101 programs run in 4 week sessions throughout the year!
While this class is not required to join our regular group classes, it is a great option for someone who wants a smaller class size and more one on one attention to begin!
